WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Dental Operations Support Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of Dental Operations and associated team members with strategic initiatives and operational updates to achieve both departmental and organizational goals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to tracking department initiatives through completion , ensuring data integrity, maintaining databases and reports, facilitating team meetings and drafting correspondence, and creating professional presentation materials
that facilitate the work of team members and other key stakeholders. Knowledge of dental procedures and dental systems required.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
- Provides administrative oversight and assists the Director of Dental Operations (DDO) in directing daily operations in the dental department, acting as a liaison between dental staff, and the DDO as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that deliverables are met as defined by grants and other regulatory or Board
- required actions.
- Collaborate with the DDO to develop and implement dental operation procedures in alignment with Elica policies.
- Provide program and project support in operational areas
- Ensure supplies are at PAR level and procurement protocols are followed.
- Ensure that referrals are processed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Develop and provide dental trainings to staff and clinic managers to improve staff competence and performance
- Support team goals and initiatives and facilitate team collaboration with organizational stakeholders through:
- Completing assigned deliverables in a timely manner
- Scheduling of stakeholder and committee meetings
- Corresponding with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Assigning access and providing support to operations team resources
- Identify key performance indicators to monitor and evaluate the dental initiatives
- Conduct review and evaluate the efficiency and outcomes of the executed dental initiatives
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate has:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, a healthcare-related field, or other relevant industry AND/OR equivalent working experience in an office environment.
- Minimum 3 years of project coordination or administrative assistant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support teams, and work alongside management and cross-departmental staff.
- Experience with EHR/Schedule System required, EPIC Wisdom preferred.
- Dental experience preferred.
