The TXDOT’s Sinton Maintenance Office is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Maintenance Section Assistant who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in both office and field settings. As the Sinton Maintenance Section Assistant, you will help lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals and assist in overseeing daily operations throughout Sinton Maintenance Section’s area of responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of maintenance operations, including methods and best practices, and demonstrate effective leadership with a focus on achieving results.
Annual Salary Grade/Range
Maintenance Section Assistant I: (B19) - $48,244.00-$76,028.00
Maintenance Section Assistant II: (B20) - $51,158.00-$81,351.00
Maintenance Section Assistant III: (B21) - $54,278.00-$87,046.00
The Texas Department of Transportation reserves the sole right in determining the level position based on the applicant's work experience, education, skill level, and all other appropriate factors and based on business needs.
