Project Manager IT

<p><strong>Start date : ASAP</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Brussels</strong></p><p><strong>Duration : 6 months renewable</strong></p><p><strong>Description :</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, scope, and quality expectations.</li><li>Define and maintain project governance, including planning, risk and change management, stakeholder engagement, progress reporting, and steering committee coordination.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage all technical project aspects, including infrastructure, security, performance, system integration, and business acceptance preparation.</li><li>Oversee the delivery of external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective management of planning, quality, costs, and procurement processes when required.</li><li>Foster collaboration and continuous improvement by coaching Solution Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.</li></ul> <p><strong>Profile :</strong></p><ul><li>University degree (or equivalent higher education) with at least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, including experience delivering large and complex projects.</li><li>Strong project management expertise, with PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset, and a proven track record in cross-functional environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across operational, management, and executive levels.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, combined with a customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive approach.</li><li>Fluent in English and French or Dutch, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.</li></ul>
