Contracts Administrator

Job Description

At LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Contracts Administrator to support various aspects of government contracting and regulatory compliance. Candidate will provide full lifecycle contracts/subcontracts administration for LST's programs supporting the U.S. Government (primarily the Federal Aviation Administration).

Responsibilities

• Perform as an advisor regarding contractual matters, contract requirements, customer specifications, and acquisition regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed and organized contract and subcontract files.
• Support internal and external stakeholders as needed and serve as the contractual point of contact with customers and vendors/subcontractors.
• Initiate and respond to contractual data calls, including those in support of business development activities, profitability analysis, organizational conflicts of interest, and candidate qualifications.
• Provide internal Accounting/Finance team with contractual information (e.g. rates, work force, contract value/funding) for Accounting system setup.
• Review, negotiate, and coordinate approvals of all awards and modifications, draft award and modification documentation to subcontractors.
• Develop, review, and coordinate approvals/signatures of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements (TAs), support teaming strategy, planning, and negotiations for new work opportunities.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of acquisition regulations (AMS, FAR, etc.).
• Experience with various contract types, including fixed-price and T&M.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attentive and strategic thinker who possesses problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented; excellent organization and communication skills.

Work Requirements:

• Work location: Flexible work from home schedule with an expectation to report to DC Office when there is a business need.
• Work Hours: Flexible; typically, 8am-4pm.
• Travel: Travel is not anticipated.
• Background check: Must be able to pass government public trust investigation.
