Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time remote Manager, Customer Operations for the Sales Operations team.
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Overview
Join our Sales and Marketing team to oversee Sales operational functions, including sales processes, process improvement, reporting, and troubleshooting for internal teams and external customers. Lead a dedicated team while driving initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity, and membership goals.
Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures and ongoing education of these to Sales MOT. Provide oversight to staff responsible for enrollment, training, reporting. Provide support for achievement of the organization's service, quality, productivity, and membership goals. Plans, organizes, directs, controls and provides leadership for operational functions within the Sales and Marketing Department.

Bachelor's level degree
Certification/Licensure
No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
5 years Healthcare experience Required
2 years Management experience Required
Previous experience in Salesforce Highly Preferred
