Position Overview
As a Service Advisor, you are the trusted face of Audi Stuart. You’ll be the key liaison between our customers and service team, delivering a seamless, five-star experience from the moment a client arrives until they drive away in their Audi.
 
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional welcome and expertly assess customer service needs
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and service options
Create accurate repair orders and coordinate efficiently with technicians
Keep customers informed with proactive, transparent communication
Ensure a flawless end-to-end service journey
Clearly explain services and costs while building trust and confidence
Identify and recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition
Collaborate closely with technicians and parts teams to achieve timely, high-quality results
Cultivate lasting customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty
 
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or customer service training required)
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is required
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Genuine passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer service
Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
