Our experience, professionalism, and passion for what we do.</p><p dir="ltr">Ready to join the team? 🚀</p><p dir="ltr"></p><h5><strong>Who we are looking for</strong></h5><p dir="ltr">Our new teammate should have Node.js + TypeScript in their DNA, with a strong focus on building technical solutions that directly impact the product.</p><p dir="ltr">You’ll start in our CORE team, and once you’ve completed your onboarding period, you’ll move to the project team that best fits your skills and interests.</p><p dir="ltr">We like to work well, not just fast at any cost. And always aligned with the technologies and decisions we make together as a team. That’s why we’re looking for someone who:</p><ul> <li>Designs and implements RESTful APIs with solid technical judgment and long-term vision.<br/></li> <li>Builds and maintains decoupled services within a microservices-oriented architecture.<br/></li> <li>Works with containers using Docker and deploys to Kubernetes, both in development and production.<br/></li> <li>Is comfortable in cloud environments (we use AWS) and has real hands-on experience with services such as EC2, RDS, S3 or CloudWatch.<br/></li> <li>Implements Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, or at least understands its philosophy and usage.<br/></li> <li>Works with real CI/CD pipelines, from commit to deployment (we use GitHub Actions and Jenkins depending on the project).<br/></li> <li>Has experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or SQS).</li> </ul><ul> <li>Prioritizes observability and knows how to monitor with key metrics to understand how developments perform in production.<br/></li> <li>Thinks in terms of team and product, not just individual technical tasks.Actively participates in technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.</li> </ul><p></p><h5><strong>We’ll value especially if you…</strong></h5><p><strong></strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Have been involved in designing projects from scratch that went to production (and are still running).<br/></li> <li>Care about technical quality, scalability, performance and continuous improvement.<br/></li> <li>Have real experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).<br/></li> <li>See infrastructure as part of the product, not as “something another team handles.”</li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><br/><br/><strong>How we work</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong><br/></strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>With a DevOps mindset: teams are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from development to monitoring in production (depending on experience).<br/></li> <li>With automated CI/CD pipelines and frequent deployments.<br/></li> <li>With real observability: dashboards and alerts that help us sleep well at night.<br/></li> <li>With space to propose ideas, make mistakes, learn and grow.<br/></li> <li>In collaborative teams, organized by functionality and focused on delivering business value (Spotify model).</li> </ul><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr"><br/></p><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing day to day at Avantio</strong></p><ul> <li><strong></strong>Design, develop, deploy, maintain, monitor and evolve backend services and their supporting tools.<br/></li> <li>Identify, propose and implement improvements to existing components, services and systems.<br/></li> <li>Design and implement scalable, sustainable and innovative architectures.<br/></li> <li>Define metrics and develop ways to improve them.<br/></li> <li>Document and design processes, as well as update existing ones.Join brainstorms on new ideas and ways to improve delivery and product quality.<br/></li> <li>Produce clean, consistent and well-structured code, following best practices in development and deployment.<br/></li> <li>Add value by supporting all team members at
