Senior Presales Operations Consultant

Candidates with technical degrees (Computer Science, Mathematics), or degrees in a field with emphasis on communication (Business, Legal, Marketing) are especially sought;</li> <li>Master’s degree in any relevant field will be considered a plus;</li> <li>2+ years of experience in Presales including responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs;</li> <li>Strategic thinking skills to craft successful sales pitches for their sales team;</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to think ‘on their feet’ when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment;</li> <li>Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the Sales process;</li> <li>Previous experience on business-to-business software sales teams is a major plus;</li> <li>Strong communication &amp; presentation skills, written &amp; verbal;</li> <li>Solid understanding of technical concepts associated with SaaS, and with AI or IVR/IVA concepts (ASR, NLU, TTS, LLMs, etc…) and ability to communicate them to non-technical audience;</li> <li>Previous experience with the Omilia technology stack is a major plus;</li> <li>Subject matter expertise in the services, strategy or consulting sector and/or complex sales processes will be considered a major plus;</li> <li>Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail oriented;</li> <li>Fluency in English verbal and writing;</li> <li>Fluency in German and/or French verbal and writing will be considered a plus.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Fixed compensation;</li> <li>Long-term employment with the working days vacation;</li> <li>Development in professional growth (courses, training, etc);</li> <li>Being part of successful cutting-edge technology products that are making a global impact in the service industry;</li> <li>Proficient and fun-to-work-with colleagues;</li> <li>Apple gear.</li> </ul>
