- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, dispatch, or office coordination
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM/scheduling software
- Home services or construction experience is a plus
- Competitive beginning pay ranging from $22-24 per hour depending on experience
