With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Role/ Department:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>This position is </span><span>required</span><span> within the Client Expenses team</span><span> with t</span><span>he successful individual based in</span><span> Limerick </span><span>and </span><span> report</span><span>ing</span><span> directly to the locally based </span><span>Client Expenses Team Lead</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>The Ireland Client Expenses Team </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> the payment of Third Party, Management, Performance and Directors fee payments along with the calculation and filing of all related tax returns</span><span>. </span><span>The team is also responsible for the preparation and review of client budgets on a quarterly basis.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team</span><span>. </span><span>We are particularly interested in candidates with </span><span>previous</span><span> experience in fund administration although we are also keen to hear from candidates who believe they have a transferable skillset</span><span>. </span><span>Successful candidates will receive a mix of classroom and on the job training to become operational in the role</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>The key responsibilities of the role include:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Payment of</span><span> client</span><span> Third Party, M</span><span>anagement</span><span>,</span><span> </span><span>P</span><span>erformance </span><span>and Directors Fees to agreed Service Level Agreements</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Calculation</span><span> and review</span><span> of all </span><span>related </span><span>client </span><span>tax returns, PAYE/PRSI/VAT, </span><span>for filing </span><span>with the </span><span>Irish </span><span>Revenue Commissioners to agreed timelines</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Deliver high quality service to customers by </span><span>accurate</span><span>, </span><span>timely</span><span> completion of all assigned tasks (which may be part of larger processes) and requests for information.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure all emails received from </span><span>clients and the business</span><span> are responded to and resolved </span><span>in a timely manner</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Build strong working relationships with clients, </span><span>suppliers</span><span> and </span><span>contacts in </span><span>other business units</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Liaise with new clients and other operational departments to </span><span>onboard new clients effectively. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Perform tasks under supervision of defined processes or procedures and check for errors.
