As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. </p><p>You will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies worldwide. Most meaningfully, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from the Management team. </p><p><b>Job Purpose</b></p><p>Support and coordinate multiple activities in the Global Procurement Value Creation Team, related to the facilitation and execution of productivity related projects, data analytics, ideation practices, supplier development &amp; supplier enabled innovation to drive top- and bottom- line growth within the business.</p><p><b>Your <span><span>Tasks/Responsibilities:</span></span></b> </p><p><b>• </b>Support program leaders with coordination and execution of value creation tasks, strategic projects and deliverables related to productivity, technology and innovation.</p><p>• Support with data insights capturing workshop facilitation and pre-feasibility of ideas</p><p>• Prepare materials for relevant briefings with internal and external stakeholders</p><p><b>• </b>Track project progress lists, maintain idea repositories, update productivity events calendar, building dashboards.</p><p><b>• </b>Perform other analytics, project management and coordination activities as requested</p><p><b>Qualifications:</b> </p><p><u>Job requirements:</u> </p><ul><li><p>You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. </p></li><li><p>You are at the end of your Bachelor’s degree, or in your Master’s degree: Preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering. </p></li><li><p>You have excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. </p></li><li><p><b>NOTE</b>: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands). </p></li></ul><p><u>Professional Attributes</u> </p><ul><li><p>Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving</p></li><li><p>Expert in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>Ambitious, dynamic and pro-active individual with proven capabilities to coordinate</p></li><li><p>Strong project management and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to lead conversations in English</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p> "If there is a need to conduct a specific project in line with your studies, please ensure this is highlighted as part of the application process.
