• Master’s degree in human services field and proven successfully developed skills in human services, crisis intervention, case coordination or discharge planning.
• Well developed critical thinking skills. Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals of all disciplines.
• Outstanding professional, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem solve and meet daily deadlines. Multi-tasking and task management essential. Basic computer knowledge.
