Senior Product Manager [Enterprise]

We’ve developed Woebot, our proprietary relational agent, to help people engage more deeply and continuously in their mental health at scale.

Woebot generates human-level rapport through text-based conversations that use the latest research in NLP, ML and other core technologies. Leveraging this therapeutic bond, Woebot delivers high quality CBT-based therapy that targets user’s needs with tools translated by our team of expert clinicians and scientists. We are growing and are rapidly expanding all teams, including Engineering and Product organizations. 

Our enterprise customers consist of health systems, health plans, and strategic employers. As a Senior Product Manager in Enterprise you will work extensively with commercial teams and external partners to deliver capabilities that help evolve the product and provide benefit for all. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineers to further define and ensure execution of enterprise features and integrations with our partners. You will contribute to the enterprise roadmap while working on existing features, providing you an opportunity to deliver measurable value and grow your organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the execution and evolution of the Enterprise Product roadmap.
• Partner with data scientists and commercial teams to guide the successful launch of our customer facing analytics product.
• Design, build and manage the development of internal applications and systems based on the needs of business users. 
• Work closely with engineers to ensure requirements are fully understood, review technical specifications, and participate in security, scalability and infrastructure activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build strong working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Required:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Aptitude for understanding backend architecture and data models, APIs and how multiple applications integrate to deliver production systems
• History of successfully breaking down complex features into actionable tasks and managing the interdependencies between systems
• Success managing cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across business functions
• Eagerness to deliver value by empowering your team and broader colleagues to do their best work
• Sincere empathy for the enterprise customer and a commitment to delving deep into the technical challenges they present or experience

Preferred:

• Experience integrating digital health products into large enterprise grade clients
• Practical knowledge of building and launching API-based products and services
• Experience working in regulated software environments that utilize Quality Management Systems
• Understanding of the Healthcare market, operations and business along with the broader healthcare ecosystem
• Commitment to empower and support non-technical teams through documentation and teaching

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define requirements for an existing roadmap feature.
• Share feature requirements with internal stakeholders and adapt based on cross-functional feedback.
• Release your first feature.
• 90 Days
• Present the results of the feature(s) you ship in partnership with the Data Team.
• Balance recommendations into the Enterprise roadmap with a combination of data learnings, engineering strategy, technical feasibility and market research.
• Communicate progress and risks towards achieving milestones.
