Overview
Seeking an Operations Program Management Analyst to provide senior level support to military (highest ranking: O-6 / Colonel), federal (highest ranking: GS-15) and contractor support team. Principle responsibilities include: (1) manage and provide daily support for the PM ARDAP portfolio and Operations Division (2) Provide Enterprise Task Management System 2 (ETMS2) support to ensure organizational taskers are responded to on time, (3) Facilitate all logistics associated with Change of charters, retirement events, and quarterly all hands.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the ARDAP Risk Management program through the O-6 level Risk Manager
- Manage daily Operations for the O6 level headquarters and provide program management support to Project Manager, Army Data and Analytics Platforms and the subordinate programs.
- Participate in periodic PM Staff Call meetings for dissemination of information, suspense tracking, or other action items.
- Engage with program leadership, primary staff and action officers for program actions or suspense items assigned in the Enterprise Task Management System 2(ETMS2).
- Facilitate all on-boarding and out-processing actions for Civilian, Military, and Contractor workforce.
- Provide support to the Deputy Project Manager for processing of the Civilian and Military employee award packages or other administrative actions.
- Provide event coordination and protocol support for all official functions (Charter Ceremonies, Promotions, and Retirements) or organizational activities.
- Participate in calendar reviews and provide an ETMS2 and award update during calendar review with PM/DPM.
- Assist in organizing, formatting, typing, proofreading and editing briefings, reports, and manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collect, organize and edit PowerPoint briefings and documents such as the program lifecycle status, Annual Performance Reviews (APR), and Program Status Reviews (PMR), etc.
- Communicate across organizations to facilitate senior level meetings, including the use of Microsoft teams
- Issue, track and follow up on requests for information, data calls and other Army Acquisition related issued tasks.
- On request develop white papers, course of action analyses, monthly activity reports, meeting summaries/minutes, and other products designed to effectively communicate technical information supporting the program.
- Assist with managing conference room space and AV requirements for the employee workforce
- Identify and implement process improvements related to automation
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years’ experience working for/within Army and/or other government program management organizations either as military personnel, government civilian, or as a contractor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent organizational skills, the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, must have the ability to work independently and take a proactive role.
- Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Must possess and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
