The Difference You Make:

The Associate, Information Security will be a key member in the IAM team. This role includes identifying opportunities for automation, driving the implementation of solutions to create value, and enhancing IAM and IGA capabilities.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify opportunities for User Life Cycle (Joiner, movers, and leavers) automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with Internal and External team members.
  • Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications partnering with BA, Dev, and Prod Support teams.
  • Collaborating with tech leads to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents and support tickets.
  • Operational support with change and incident management processes
  • Coordination of Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint.
  • Support audits by providing documentation, logs or reporting as needed.
  • Handling work requests for user provisioning via snow and SailPoint.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Preferably 7 years’ experience in information security specialized in Identity and access management and Single Sign On.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO/MFA & LDAP.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering and development of IGA features & Application integration, Configuration, Customization, deployment, and support in an enterprise environment.
  • Solid understanding of IGA Enterprise Certification, workflows, forms and reusable rules, tasks, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge on Azure Entra, Conditional Access, SSO, App Integration is a must.
  • Experience with SQL and Advance Excel functions.
  • 4 + years of experience in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML, Python and REST development. 
  • Exercises effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with cyber security and information security program management and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27000, etc.)
  • Possess the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
  • Possess a highly developed sense of personal accountability and follow-through with an ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Must take ownership, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum:

$80,625.00 USD

Maximum:

$132,500.00
