About the Role:
This team is responsible for enabling international growth and delivering a world-class streaming experience to our global audiences. Reporting to the Principal Product Manager, International the Senior Product Manager, International will be critical in Tubi’s international expansion. In addition to leading the launches of Tubi in new markets, you will own the roadmap for planning and prioritizing features that drive growth and engagement among international audiences. You will leverage your product and internationalization expertise to help scale our systems, services, and operations internationally. Our ideal candidate is results-driven, an effective problem solver, and passionate about video streaming and the international user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internationalization strategy that addresses the needs of our global customers and drives revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business operations to ensure the successful execution of Tubi’s initiatives
- Identify key markets and customer segments and develop product plans that address their specific needs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion
- Work with product development teams to define product requirements and ensure that internationalization considerations are integrated into product development plans
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internationalization initiatives and provide regular updates to executive management
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including localization vendors, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of localized products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internationalization and localization
- Use data, analytics, competitive research, user testing, and market research to inform roadmap and feature priority and shape Tubi’s international growth vision and strategies for our mobile, web, and OTT apps, as well as our internal tools and capabilities
Your Background/Requirements:
- Experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale, ideally across multiple platforms (web, mobile, connected TV)
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on internationalization and localization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful internationalization initiatives
- Experience with Agile development practices, as well as i18n/l10n best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with exceptional listening, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional decisions among stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong understanding of UX design

Colorado and Washington (excluding Seattle, WA)$157,000—$192,000 USDPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
