Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager that can partner closely with leadership, other Managers, and designers to define and optimize our email marketing experiences for our various customers within our B2B vertical. Responsible for managing Sales Force Marketing Cloud, various email campaigns, and coordinating meetings for assigned distribution group(s), providing strategic support in alignment with business objectives and key initiatives.

The ideal candidate needs to understand the right types of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and to boost the engagement of our scheduled emails.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work with fellow team members, customers, and partners to develop and implement email marketing campaigns and strategies such as optimizing email design, content, mobile display, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and to ensure satisfaction, while also ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives, business objectives and brand strategy
  • Measure email campaigns and optimize journeys to increase conversion rates
  • Works with fellow team members, vendors and assigned clients to ensure deliverables are fulfilled; provides input / guidance to design team
  • Maintains status reports on email marketing efforts and activities, and regularly communicates updates to key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM / data privacy regulations
  • Ensures compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and/or marketing automation
  • Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (Sales Force experience is a plus)
  • MS Office proficiency

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Social media experience (nice to have, not required)
  • Video production/editing experience (nice to have, not required)
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations
  • Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
