Job Description
Summary: Principal, Account Services leads initiatives to promote departmental efficiency and staff development for the Account Management Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversees the onboarding and initial training of new Account Managers up to 12 weeks to ensure consistent onboarding across all lines of business; Responsible for maintaining Account Manager Onboarding Documentation;
- Designs and/or coordinates ongoing training for the Account Services Department, including Project Management Methodology and participation in Train for Success Committee
- Designs and/or coordinates at a minimum client documentation for top strategic clients pertaining to benefit and network configuration, custom designs, and processes, etc.
- Participates at a minimum in all design review meetings for top strategic clients to assist client team with eliciting project requirements, creating project plans, test plans, etc., including but not limited to defining and coordinating project timelines with internal shared services to ensure successful deployment of all project implementations led by the Account Services Account Managers and Project Managers.
- Provides Account Services representation for the Account Services Department in interdepartmental meetings and committees as directed. Establishes and maintains relationships with key department leaders to ensure successful interdepartmental interactions. Participates in cross-departmental programs and products aimed at generating additional revenue and/or improving services to client health plans;
- Leads, develops, manages, or assists with key corporate projects which require Account Services input or leadership;
- Enhances and ensures access to appropriate resources, empowering Account Services Account Managers and Project Managers to operate efficiently and effectively to improve services to all clients;
- Responsibility of managing Account Services policy and procedures in C360;
- Involvement in Account Services automation improvement processes including Sales Force;
- Provides back-up for Account Services leadership team upon request;
- Collaborates closely with leaders of Account Services, Client Technical Solutions, Implementation and Account Management to develop or improve internal processes in an effort to enhance the overall client service experience.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) and 10 years related experience with eight plus (8+) years’ subject matter expert-level experience in the position duties listed; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Computer Skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills; proficient with MS Office/O
