Rahr Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, enabling smooth operations and effective coordination within the executive team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and facilitating efficient communication across various departments and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role with offices in Shakopee Minnesota.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO or other senior executives of Rahr Corporation, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, creating communications, handling correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Acts as corporate liaison to Company shareholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication is consistently prioritized.
- Prepares materials for meetings, takes minutes, and tracks follow-up tasks to ensure successful implementation of action items.
- Coordinates and books complex travel arrangements, ensuring all details are accurately handled.
- Drafts, reviews, and manages correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports, including board reports, on behalf of senior leadership. Prioritizes effective organization and project management to assist with printing projects, credit card reconciliations, and other duties as requested by CEO.
- Acts as a gatekeeper for communications, prioritizing inquiries and ensuring timely responses on behalf of the executive.
- Organizes all mail/email, phone calls, general reports, meeting agendas, etc.
- Collaborates with business units to plan meetings and events.
- Manages the philanthropic program of Rahr Corporation.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ experience in an executive administrative support role.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox, Canva, and virtual/on-line meeting experience.

- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to high quality results and proven ability to lead change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Effective and professional communication with employees, senior leaders, board members, shareholders, and external partners. Proven ability to recognize how to adjust style based on audience.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and follow through.
- Strong sense of urgency; self-directed to accomplish assignments and meet deadlines.
- Understands best practices with confidentiality around private information and handles information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to lead foundation initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities effectively, including both strategic and operational tasks.
- Adept at anticipating needs and resolving issues independently.
- Promotes a positive, collaborative, transparent, and respectful atmosphere where work is executed productively and with responsible stewardship of company resources.
