Job Description

Sales Operations Manager - Central & Eastern Europe

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with regional sales leadership to define and execute on the region’s GTM strategy and manage progress against goals
• Setting and driving strategic initiatives across both the CEUR market as well as the wider EMEA geo, in close collaboration with senior leadership
• Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders and externally to our partners in coordination with FP&A
• Leading a weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence for the region with area directors, sales managers, and partners
• Driving a bi-weekly business insights cadence with senior sales and ecosystem leadership to review and discuss regional KPIs 
• Steering the strategic planning for sales including headcount planning, territory creation, and quota / target assignment
• Driving selected global initiatives to continuously increase sales efficiency and maximize productive capacity of Zscaler’s worldwide sales force

Qualifications

Professional Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in a strategic Sales Ops / Revenue Operations role, with experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives. Software / SaaS industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Salesforce and MS Office / Google Suite proficiency preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders from Executive level to employee base
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
