Job Description
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping London Structural Repairs’ growth strategy as it transitions from a referral-based business to a structured, market-driven organization. This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction or civil engineering , strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement business plans , refine market positioning, and strengthen operational structures to support long-term scalability.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and structural repair sectors.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide pricing and tendering strategies.

Strengthen and expand relationships with clients, structural engineers, and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, organizational structure, and brand positioning.

Track performance metrics and present progress reports against growth targets.

Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and partnership documents.

Advise on marketing and lead-generation strategies that complement the company’s B2B focus.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within construction or civil engineering .

Understanding of structural repairs, concrete works, or similar technical services is a plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup aligned with UK hours.
