POSITION SUMMARY
Performs all housekeeping functions in the operating theater. Thoroughly inspects, cleans, and sterilizes surgical suites safely and timely in accordance with aseptic technique.

Communication is an essential skill requiring the ability to see, hear, and speak. Fluent in written and spoken English. Must be able to fufill the essential functions of the position.
PHYSICAL JOB CLASSIFICATION:
Moderate Work: See attached detailed physical requirements.
PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires full use of all large and small muscle groups for frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and grasping.
Minimum Pay: $20.15

Transports patients from one area of the hospital to another as needed. Cleans all equipment as assigned, assists other employees as directed, and may assist with clerical work in the department as time permits.
