Job Purpose
Leads a team of case managers to work with clients on reducing barriers and achieving goals towards stability. Shares the responsibility of maintaining a safe, clean, hospitable, and dignifying environment for all clients; assisting in the provision of trauma-informed, person-first, and grace-based program services to meet the need of all who seek TRM’s care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises case management and Coordinated Entry operations at assigned campus.
- Leads case management team by providing guidance and coaching, ensuring team members’ compliance with established standards, i.e., thorough case management sessions, individualized plans, ensuring client’s progress toward goals, client documentation, security of records, etc.
- Manages individual caseload as needed.
- Coordinates case manager schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Utilizes case management expertise to inform leadership of best practices and how to continuously improve case management services.
- Monitors client information and transactions in the HMIS database, ensuring HMIS data is kept current and accurate.
- Maintains and builds strong relationships with other community agencies to offer additional support to clients.
- Administers drug and alcohol tests for shelter clients as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support others and ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
Working Conditions
This position works primarily in an office setting with some travel to off-site locations. Interacts with diverse populations.

Tuesday-Saturday 8am to 4pm

- Associate degree in Social Services or related field or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
