Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing 3D concepts for new and existing product lines or projects.

• Reviewing and improving existing 3D concepts.
• Communicating with our sales team and clients to understand project requirements and create specific designs.
• Design and propose solutions that address clients’ specific challenges and align with their goals and budget.
• Design and develop custom graphics based on client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in 3D design roles.
• Experience with VORTEK, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Photoshop.
• Preferred but not required to have cabinet design or similar experience.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build a rapport with trust with internal and external clients.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.

• Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Great track record of working with cross-functional teams: people want to work with you again.
• Passion for solving problems (large and small.)
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to meet and exceed deadlines with composure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS in CAD related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in CAD software such as 3ds Max, Sketchup and VORTEK.
• Proficient in Photoshop or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce and Netsuite a plus.
