Join our team and play a vital role in supporting candidates on their journey to joining the British Army.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job title:</b></p>Contact Advisor (Part-Time)<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>This is a <b>part-time, fixed-term role</b> working <b>30 hours per week (9am-3pm Mon-Fri)</b>, based <b>onsite at our Upavon, Wiltshire office</b>. This contract will end on the 31st March 2027.</p><p></p><p>Being office-based means you will benefit from hands-on support, in-person training, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues in a collaborative setting.</p><p></p><p>As part of our commitment to building an inclusive and diverse workforce, we would particularly welcome applications from people who are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What you’ll be doing</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Answering inbound calls from individuals interested in joining the British Army</p></li><li><p>Responding to candidate enquiries via online webchat</p></li><li><p>Updating and maintaining accurate records on our internal systems</p></li><li><p>Providing clear information about the recruitment process and next steps</p></li><li><p>Escalating issues or queries when appropriate</p></li><li><p>Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What we’re looking for</u></b></p><p><b>Essential</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous customer service experience, face-to-face or over the phone</p></li><li><p>Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems</p></li><li><p>Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Strong listening skills with the ability to capture information accurately</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work a shift pattern between <b>8.15am and 7.00pm</b></p></li><li><p>A patient, empathetic and professional approach</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable</b></p><ul><li><p>Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): </u></b></p><p>At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
