Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
How you will CELLebrate- Identification, preparation, and execution of new partnerships
- Development and evaluation of business models, business cases, benchmarking, and scenario analyses
- Management of complex international projects and interdisciplinary project teams
- Negotiation of contracts in alignment with the relevant departments of PowerCo and the Volkswagen Group
- Creation of decision materials for and communication with top decision-makers of PowerCo and cooperation partners
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Industrial Engineering/Law
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international top strategy consultancy, audit firm (Big4), investment bank or comparable corporate position
- Experience of managing complex interdisciplinary projects with international partners
- Knowledge in the preparation of business models and business plans as well as benchmarking and scenario analyses; knowledge of IFRS desirable
- Excellent communication skills and business fluency in German and English
- High degree of initiative, structuring ability, and results orientation
- High analytical and intercultural competence
- High flexibility (incl. opportunity to work remotely several days a week)
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
