Summary of Objective:
The Clinical Warehouse Manager directs and coordinates all activities of clinical warehousing operations at Rockford locations. They work directly with internal and external customers to provide industry-leading service and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.
- Oversees the daily functions of all clinical warehouse operations at both Assembly Drive and Logistics Parkway facilities.
- Receiving
- Inventory management
- Work order staging
- Order fulfillment
- Shipping
- Returns
- Destruction
- Responsible for coordinating the supervisors at Assembly Drive and Logistics Parkway to ensure all operational needs are met through staffing and workload distribution.
- Develops SOPs, policies, and processes to ensure all standards comply with federal and international regulations and standards.
- Responsible for keeping departmental metrics pertinent to all warehousing activities.
- Drives communication between distribution project management and warehouse.
- Collaborates with internal departments and external sources to resolve issues with distribution operations relating to projects and goals and to ensure supplies are available to meet the time frame promised.
- Collaborates with commercial warehouse team to effectively manage shared resources.
- Ensures that all safety, procedures, protocols, policies, and GMPs are followed.
- Identifies and implements measures to improve methods, personnel performance, and quality of work as measured by metrics.
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory records and performing physical inventory inspections of material.
- Identifies and implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the department.
- Ensures employees are thoroughly trained and documents training.
- Reviews and provides feedback to employees on job performance.
- Interprets and enforces Company policies to workers and initiates corrective action/counseling.
- Supports customer audits and visits in the distribution area.
- Maintains an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
- This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.
- Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years of related experience and/or training.
- College Level Mathematical Skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and know various computer programs.
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
- High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
