Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.


 About this role:  We are seeking an Assistant Director of School-Based Services to support our mission. As part of the senior management team, you will oversee and guide our School-Based teams, ensuring strong school and community partnerships and enhancing the client experience. Your role will be crucial in achieving the organization's strategic objectives.
 

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following county: Marion, Johnson, Morgan, Monroe. Hours are M-F 8-5 with some evenings and flexible scheduling available.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Data Analysis and Service Line KPI Tracking
  • Provide service line leadership, meeting operational goals by ensuring that the operation of the service line meets the expectations of clients, Board, and funders of the agency.
  • Work with the Director on strategic planning of the service line and organization.
  • Ensure clinical quality and a positive client experience by providing best-in-class care.
  • Establish positive working relationships and collaborative arrangements with schools, community partners, funders, and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Manage financial planning and administration of the organization's funds according to the approved budget.
  • Oversee staffing to meet program delivery needs.
  • Ensure compliance with human resource policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Assist in and implement the performance management process for all staff.
  • Identify and evaluate risks to the organization and implement measures to control these risks.


Requirements
  • Completed Master's degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, human resources, business or other closely related field
  • Clinical licensure required; must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to organize, manage time, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel locally.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
