We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support and lead key HR functions that align with our strategic goals.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Professional with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR. This individual will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for people operations. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Manage and improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal labor laws
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Support and lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Administer performance review and development processes
• Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems
• Assist in benefits administration and open enrollment processes
• Lead or support HR-related projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, 5 years preferred 
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
