The Challenge

We’re looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of delivering on a comprehensive web marketing strategy that is aligned to a growing company’s needs. You’ll partner closely with our Global Demand, Brand and Product Marketing teams to ensure all of our websites (global and regional) deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Your Mission

• Developing and executing on a web strategy that aligns to business KPIs and the needs of our web users
• Communicate the strategy, plan and roadmap with leadership
• Ability to set and measure KPIs that demonstrate the effectiveness of web strategies in driving business outcomes
• Develop a process for continuous improvement, in alignment with other key functions, ensuring that we have a data driven approach to assessing what works with regards to messaging, personas and web experience
• Ability to drive strategy and scale web content creation for different markets – both global and regional

You Have

• 7+ Years working in Web Marketing, a minimum of 3 in a leadership role
• 5+ Years experience working with AEM
• Experience with the greater Adobe tech stack: Target, Analytics, Search Console
• Proven track record of team management and collaboration across business functions
• Deep understanding of data driven approach to web strategy
• Flexible and growth mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple projects at the same time

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$165,000—$247,500 USD

• Office-flex: Like a traditional hybrid model, OneTrust “Office-flex” employees may be asked to work in an office periodically if they are within a commutable distance to a OneTrust office. This includes coming into the office for our Company Kickoff, Company All Hands, and other larger company events. Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.  
• Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
