Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) is looking for a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to build out consolidated P&L reporting and enhanced operating expense forecasting processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will partner with senior leaders in each department to create budgets, build processes and reports to analyze monthly actuals, and work on strategic projects across Xometry’s full P&L. This role will be responsible for all consolidated reporting and forecasts, tracking hiring plans and headcount, and leading initiatives to make Xometry more efficient as we scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:● Lead the company planning cycle, including the long-range planning process, annual plan, and monthly/quarterly forecasts for the full P&L● Lead monthly business vs actual reviews with each department head and develop relevant reporting packages● Support investor relations activities and external reporting requirements● Drive automation and process improvements around actuals reporting, forecasting and budgeting● Partner with HR and Recruiting on headcount and open roles reporting and tracking● Analyze financial results to identify significant business trends, variances, and levers and provide insights to senior leadership● Be a thought leader and partner with department leaders to drive sound investment decisions and operational efficiencies● Create ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions and contract negotiations● Recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:● 4+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth, preferably in FP&A roles at high growth companies● Experience with a fast-growing company and a track record of scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environments● A high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail● Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines● Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences● A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding, and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; a natural bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguityIf this job isn’t for you but you have a friend who may be a perfect fit - share this job with them!
