With already 160 employees globally, they are continuing their growth in 2024 and hiring people internationally! <b>Are you ready to join us and be a part of this exciting adventure?</b><br/><b>The Role 🤝</b><br/>This right-hand internship offers a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to be part of the early-stage development of a scale-up’s local office and operations.Working within our rapidly growing team, you’ll collaborate directly with <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/giovanni-makula/" rel="noopener noreferrer">Giovanni</a>, the Country Manager for Italy. Your primary mission will be to <b>support and help structure our expansion efforts, with the ultimate goal of executing our go-to-market strategy.</b>This role is entrepreneurial in nature, requiring skills in <b>data analysis, finance, and project management</b>. You’ll work closely with various teams on key projects essential to OVRSEA’s growth in Italy.<br/><b>Your missions 🎒</b><br/>👉 <b>Special Projects (40%)</b>- Work on cross-functional projects that involve multiple teams,- Assist in implementing process improvements and new tools/systems,- Adapt Ovrsea's products for the Italian market,- Contribute to team rebalancing needs (e.g. BDR, Operations, etc.).<br/>👉 <b>Go-to-Market Strategy (30%)</b>- Conduct research on target markets and customer segments,- Support Sales team with customer onboarding and account management,- Track and adapt go-to-market strategy for the Italian market- Develop marketing materials to support go-to-market strategy- Prepare performance reviews and presentations for the Executive Committee<br/>👉 <b>Recruitment (30%)</b>- Source profiles and manage a diverse pipe of candidates,- Adapt our recruitment strategy to local market,- Contribute to building out local office culture.<br/>In this very early stage project, we expect a high level of flexibility and autonomy as you might work on very various tasks, which could evolve along the internship.<br/><br/><b>Your profile 🤗</b><br/>- You are looking for a <b>6-month internship based in Milan starting in July 2025</b>.- You are speaking English fluently.
