We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. This role will focus on administering compensation and incentive programs across international regions (Americas, EMEA & APAC) and participating in compensation projects while supporting selected client groups' day-to-day compensation activities. This will be a Hybrid role based out of our Parsippany, NJ office.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage compensation programs and policies across multiple international regions.
- Participate in global compensation surveys and benchmark studies to gather relevant market data.
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data and trends to ensure competitive compensation structures and provide insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Develop and update communication materials for employees and managers regarding compensation programs and policies.
- Provide educational and training support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and metrics to senior management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably with an international focus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using key compensation tools (HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors, Excel expert).
- Knowledge of job grading systems and market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW/Mercer).
