EquipmentShare is searching for a Customer Support Quality & Training Specialist for our Headquarters in Columbia, MO.

The Customer Support Quality & Training Specialist to support our team as it continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform job duties in accordance with Equipment Share’s vision, mission, and values
• Become a subject matter expert in a CSC role and actively perform that role in a limited capacity as required
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal departments
• Establish and maintain advanced level knowledge of Equipment Share CSC operational
  procedures, and core operating systems to ensure high level quality and accuracy with training materials
• Develop and maintain assigned training curricula for new learners.
• Deliver comprehensive and interactive training based on adult learning theories.
• Actively participate in learning and growth opportunities to remain knowledgeable on changes and new implementations
• Monitor and evaluate customer calls for quality and training opportunities as required
• Support cross functional teamwork and actively participate on special projects, by
• performing other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

● Previous training experience preferred but not required
● Must possess a professional and yet enthusiastic and approachable demeanor
● Self-Motivated and independently driven to succeed
● Strong PC Skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suites
● Strong Facilitation skills- ability to engage individuals and large groups
● Ability to evaluate teammates without bias
● Driven to meet goals and deadlines
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Attention to detail and ability to identify opportunities or process breakdowns
● Has a history of strong work ethic and ability to maintain exceptional attendance
