Board Assistant

YOUR MISSION

• Responsible for supporting and organizing daily operations and projects for the CFO and Senior Leadership Team
• Contact person for the subsidiaries, functional heads and GMs
• Preparation of presentations and organization and follow-up of international meetings
• Management and coordination of calendars and business trips as well as travel arrangements
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Data maintenance and file management
• Tracking deadlines, milestones and other project related schedules
• Support smooth flow of information and communication across various disciplines
• General secretarial tasks
• Additional project support.

YOUR TALENT

• Successfully completed apprenticeship in a commercial area or similar relevant education
• Preferably 1-3 years work experience in a management support function (e.g. team or department assistant), ideally in an international and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organizational and coordinating skills
• High degree of confidentiality
• Ability and willingness to work independently using own initiative
• Fluent written and spoken English as well as very good German skills
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Office products
• This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
