Job Title: Lab Manager / Technician / Customer Service (Boise)Location: Meridian, IdahoNON-MEDICAL | M-F 8:45AM-5PM | ROTATING 24/7 ON-CALL | PAID HOLIDAYS | FULLY TRAINED IN-HOUSE | AT 90 DAY MARK: INSURANCE BENEFITS AND PAID TIME OFF ***{CURRENTLY SEEKING FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY- DUE TO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OBSERVED URINE TESTING REQUIREMENTS}***

NOTE: This position is listed under our parent company, "Homewatch CareGivers", but is for a position at FASTEST LABS  At Fastest Labs, you will have the chance to grow in leadership. Your role with our team will be multi-faceted with duties like customer service, sales, data entry, tracking test results, managing telephone calls, and administering clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services. Under the current volume, you would work as the sole employee at our Boise lab.

You must be tech-savvy! We work with many software programs and portals. Although we provide training, you'll need to have a very strong computer background to be the right fit. You must be able to navigate computer systems and solve problems independently with the tools and resources provided.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial-spirited Lab Manager / Technician / Customer Service Rock Star who is PASSIONATE about delivering RAVING FAN customer experiences and proficient lab operations. This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We will certify and train you to welcome, test, and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals. We also provide DNA and some health-related testing. If you have the internal drive and positive attitude to learn, we will invest in you and to join our expanding team!  BASELINE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required.
  • Clean background check.
  • Clean drug test.

 LAB TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results reports by tracking progress at 3rd party labs, and forwarding the PDF report to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.
  • Complete training and certification to become proficient and perform urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, and hair follicle specimen collections (including observed urine tests).
  • Follow proper chain of custody procedures to fill out forms, package specimens, and schedule FedEx pick-up.
