<p><strong>SAP Service Delivery - Senior Manager</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a member of our team, you’ll join as SAP Service Delivery - Senior Manager to our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solution to our clients.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p> <p>As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge &amp; experience by working on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP development &amp; integration to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br/>As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – being a part of SAP Technical Team. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.<br/><br/></p> <p><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></p> <p>                       </p> <ul> <li>You have great communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems</li> <li>You are perfect at keeping project timelines</li> </ul> <p><br/><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Huge experience working in managed services or project management coordinating activities of other team members.</li> <li>Experience in ECC and S/4HANA Rollout project</li> <li>Experience in standard project tasks: Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training</li> <li>Hands-on evolutive and maintenance task.</li> <li>Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Strong teamwork skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP related Certifications</li> <li>Experienced in one of these SAP areas (FI, MM/SD)</li> <li>Project or service management certifications (PMP, ITIL)</li> <li>Good level of English is a plus</li> <li>Use of ticketing tools (i.e. JIRA)</li> <li>Experience in project with SLA (Service Level Agreements)</li> <li>Risk identification and mitigation plans.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we look for</strong><br/><br/>We love working with people who are passionate about their job and have amazing skills in their area of expertise.
