Your Role: We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and proactive HR Operations & Strategy Specialist to support our growing HR function. This role is a hybrid of HR Generalist, Project Manager, and HR Analyst, responsible for managing HR initiatives, optimizing processes, and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in executing HR programs, improving efficiencies, and ensuring HR operations align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Generalist Support:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Assist with compliance-related activities, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters on workforce planning and candidate experience.
- Lead and coordinate HR projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of HR programs.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to streamline workflows and enhance HR service delivery.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount trends, engagement scores, DEI metrics).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition, retention, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to forecast workforce needs and assess HR program effectiveness.
- Event Support: Manage the planning and execution of company such as venue research, budget development vendor coordination, and logistics management.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to event planning, including maintaining event calendars, preparing event materials, and managing event-related communications.
- On-Site Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, helping with setup, registration, and attendee assistance to ensure smooth event operations.
- Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from event participants and stakeholders to help evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (HR certification preferred).
- Experience: 3-7 years with relevant experience, project management, HR analytics, or a related field.
- Skills: strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive business decisions.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
