HR Senior Associate

As HR Senior Associate, you will be responsible for HR operations in Poland and global talent acquisition. 

COORDINATE day-to-day HR OPERATIONS FOR POLAND (~30 FTEs right now) 

Manage day-to-day HR operations and execution of the employee experience plan. Improve BtoB contractors process while ensuring compliance with employment-related legal matters. 

Deliver excellent customer service, addressing employee inquiries promptly and professionally. 

Partner with the wider HR team on implementation of initiatives, acting as the local point of contact for your country. 

Execute on employee engagement initiatives including team building, gifting program, swag, and corporate activities. 

Develop, update, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Hold regular communication with the team members. 

Administrate HR management system. 

Manage internal communications. 

Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture. 

ACQUIRE TALENTS GLOBALLY FOR THE COMPANY 

Manage autonomously the recruitment plan validated by the senior management. Manage talent acquisition for all countries involved at CyberVadis. 

CONDUCT PAYROLL FOR POLISH EMPLOYEES

Manage payroll operations, including processing, and benefits administration. 

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees., including new hires, terminations, and salary changes. 

Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts, payments, and deductions, staying compliant with regulations. 

Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll issues and provide guidance. 

Generate payroll reports for management decision-making. 

Improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy. 

Coordinate and improve benefits package.
