Job Summary:

You’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
·        Daily customer calls/answering phones.
·        Order entry, invoice preparation and back orders.
·        Make new product suggestions.
·        Problem resolution.

An ideal candidate will have:
·        A college degree (preferred, but not required).
·        At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
·        Experience entering customer orders through a data entry or order system.
·        Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
·        Experience up-selling orders and accounts.
·        Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills.
·        Professional phone manner and exceptional follow-up skills.
·        Ability to handle a high-volume workload in a busy department.
·        Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel and Outlook, NetSuit
