Job Description

Razorfish is seeking a Media Supervisor (Paid Social) that has experience in full-funnel paid social activation, connecting both brand awareness and performance marketing with a keen eye on results. Has developed paid social plans that incorporate new media tactics, platforms and technologies that ladder back to the client’s goals. Has strong client relationship skills, thinks critically about the role of Social Media in an omni-channel digital strategy, and confidently collaborates with other channel leads. Has delivered operational solutions to improve internal processes. 

Qualifications

• Plans and oversees execution of Paid Social campaigns; is responsible for results analysis.
• Plays a lead role in activation across primary Social partners (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) – maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Exhibits strong brand and direct response expertise.
• Partners effectively with Account Management and Data Science teams to develop compelling client reports and insights
• Serves as primary day-to-day client contact for paid social
• Contributes to new business efforts as needed.
• Organizes and attends vendor meetings.
• Oversees budgets and monthly billing processes – ensuring healthy campaign pacing and on-time payments
• Fosters an environment of shared learning and acts as a trusted source of media information for agency and in client meetings.
• Writes insightful agency POVs to help grow the paid social practice

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paid social media experience 
• Hands-on-keyboard Paid Social experience in Facebook Ads/Business Manager
• Other digital channel experience (organic social, programmatic display, SEM) is a plus

Compensation Range: ($70,000 - $117,500) annually . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
