Job Description: Position is responsible for change and issues management. This role supports the Client Services; Retail Transformation & Client Experience functions horizontally across the Consumer Client Services organization. Facilitate and collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive action plans and address risk challenges Provide oversight and enable support for the CS Process Risk & Change Management and Issues functions as needed to ensure adherence to enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities Supporting all aspects of Client Services change and issues management including but not limited to:

  • Provides Business Controls support for Client Services by partnering with FLU, Risk, Audit, Legal and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with enterprise change management or issue management standards and requirements
  • Drives consistency in oversight, change enrichment, and management through lifecycle of the UCRA or Issue while promoting a strong risk culture.
  • Collaborate with FLU, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and project teams; effectively influence and lead discussions/meetings and ensure timely execution/ resolution
  • Proactively identify and escalate emerging risks or delays/remove “roadblocks” impacting timelines/ completion
  • Perform QA reviews, validation, and audit adherence as required
  • Deliver Business Control reporting and updates as needed (milestones, portfolio/inventory reviews, executive summaries, and risk review routines)
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure accurate documentation in enterprise tools as applicable
  • UCRA documentation (processes, risks, controls, metrics) in enterprise tools for (CAST, PPRT, UCRA Plus) for material/non-material change
  • Issue Management within the Central Issues Management Application (CIMA)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of business controls experience and/or LOB business control function.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work with Leaders at varied levels
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building/managing skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to balance multiple needs, requests, goals and shifting priorities
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • Exercise critical thinking and judgment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous Internal Corporate Audit & External Regulator Exam experience
  • Previous experience in managing issues (SIAI, CIAI, RIAI, AI)
  • Basic Project management skills
