Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will assist with all aspects of Loss Prevention investigations, physical security, shortage control and safety within the Authentication Center. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Create a welcoming environment for TRR employees and guests as the first point of contact for all site visitors
• Execute front desk security protocols including bag checks, badge enforcement, metal detector/wanding, parking lot control, merchandise check in/out procedures, etc.
• Complete daily video reviews, high value investigations, and various other special projects in support of the Loss Prevention and Operations teams
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Authentication Center audits to ensure shortage control, safety, and all other Loss Prevention policies and procedures are being adhered to
• Support occasional off-site functions such as photo shoots, private showings, events, etc.; Event schedules may be during regular business hours and off hours

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• Working Availability - (Monday - Saturday 9:30am - 6:00pm MST) 
• Customer-focused mentality and a positive, approachable demeanor
• Ability to effectively partner with all levels of leadership 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs of merchandise and supplies
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours at a time
• Open scheduling availability with the expectation of working evening and weekend shifts as needed *Overtime is sometimes required to meet the business needs.

Preferred Requirements:

• 1+ year of Loss Prevention or Security experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience using CCTV or working in a security operations center

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18.50 - $19.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
