The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it</p> <h3>Who we’re looking for</h3> <p>We’re looking for someone who’s fired up by our mission and ready to build. You’ll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You’ll report to our Director of Commercial Programs and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone’s work matters.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Working alongside operators and fleet managers to derive vessel requirements and iterate through architecture concepts</li> <li>Collaborating with internal engineering teams on vessel architecture and technical possibilities</li> <li>Engaging and forming relationships with shipyards for construction estimation and contracts</li> <li>Solving multi-faceted problems to enable new vessel sales</li> <li>Collaborating with internal grants team and external grant agencies to secure capital for projects</li> <li>Creating and iterating on sales strategies tailored to the marine market based on objective sales metrics</li> <li>Forecasting demand with high precision</li> <li>Setting and delivering against sales goals at a company and individual level</li> </ul> <h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field</li> <li>Proficient at communication, project estimation, and technical discussion</li> <li>5+ years of applied sales experience</li> <li>Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports to inform strategy</li> <li>Prior experience with pricing strategies and discovery</li> <li>Strong negotiation abilities fo
