Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated Subcontract Integrator to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
Within Government Services, Infrastructure Support Services aims to provide a variety of logistical and facility related support services to mission critical customers. This role is an opportunity to directly contribute to the success of existing programs and grow the business in pursuit of new programs.
This role necessitates the capacity to acquire a security clearance and undergo a polygraph examination. We're committed to assisting you through this process, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administer subcontracts from proposal support through closeout in compliance with FAR, DFARS, company purchasing procedures, and CPSR requirements.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Proposal (RFPs), evaluate proposals, and document competitive decision rationale.
- Perform and document price and/or cost analysis
- Support fact-finding and negotiations; prepare negotiation memoranda and price reasonableness determinations.
- Monitor subcontract funding, period of performance, deliverables, and invoice review coordination.
- Coordinate with Program Management, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Legal to ensure subcontract compliance and proper system documentation.
- Support subcontract closeout activities
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 4+ years’ experience with contracting or subcontracting Government-related work
- 4+ years’ experience with procurement activities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years’ experience with contracting or subcontracting Government-related work
- Experience with negotiating various contract types, including Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Firm-Fixed-Price Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), and Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types.
- Experience with construction, facilities, and/or logistics work

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations
Summary pay range Experienced: $94,350 - $127,650
Summary pay range Senior: $118,150 - $159,850
