THE ROLE:
Snowflake is looking for an adaptable, proactive, and diligent Workplace Project Coordinator. This is a full time onsite position, in Dublin, Ca, with some work being conducted in San Mateo, CA.
You will be an extremely thorough self-starter who possesses outstanding customer service & organizational skills, and demonstrates diligence with attention to detail. You will be comfortable taking the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and short deadlines. You must have the ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
This role requires a combination of project management skills, facility management expertise, and an understanding of workplace dynamics. Having passion and in-depth knowledge of Property Management, and FM Operations with a strong financial focus. This individual also has experience developing, implementing, and managing a number of scalable programs.
Reporting to the Bay Area Workplace Manager you will perform a variety of office and project support functions and duties including;
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support cross-functional teams with project management approach
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations in the built environment and with internal customers.
- Developing project plans including scopes and objectives, and other project management documents.
- Understand technical building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety equipment, elevators, UPS, generator, etc.)
- Respond to internal Customer requests ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Manage vendors and recommend continuous quality improvement practices. ● Identify and implement savings initiatives where possible

QUALIFICATIONS:
You will have worked at rapidly growing organizations and become a linchpin of their Facilities/Workplace team. You are ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to ensure Workplace realizes its mission. Specifically, you will have;
5+ years of Facility/Workplace experience
- Certification in FMP or similar
- Be an extremely adaptable, self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Be able to lift furniture and other heavy objects
- A good understanding of design, building engineering, and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Demonstrated projects, vendor, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
