Pay Range: $23.35-$25.15 | Onsite for the first 90 days, with potential for a hybrid schedule of 80% onsite and 20% remote thereafter| Monday-Friday| 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Processes and files employee benefits forms and related information. Support the implementation, administration, and communication of you benefit plans. You will report to the Benefits and Compensation Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will maintain accurate employee benefit records including new enrollments, family and employment status changes and conducts Choctaw Medical Leave processing/compliance tasks.
2. Provide employees with information about benefit programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
3. Conduct continuation of coverage processing.
4. Provide first contact to assist employees and covered dependents regarding coverage, claims and related issues.
5. You will resolve common issues on behalf of employees with insurance carriers, care providers and retirement plan trustee administrator(s), and refer more complex issues to senior personnel in the department.
6. Conduct defined presentations on benefit programs, such as New Hire Orientation and annual enrollment.
7. Arrange and conduct employee information presentations and plan enrollment.
8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
· Meet all deadlines, and maintain data integrity
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
· Advanced ability using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and HCM systems
· 1 year of general work experience
