Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the Axos Fiduciary Services business by building out the Unity bankruptcy case administration platform. Unity is leveraged by Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, as well as Axos internal users to support the paralegal administrative needs of the trustees. Unity will serve as the single integrated technology solution to enable the servicing of our clients and support them in achieving their business goals.

In this role, you will deliver solutions for complex business problems where the business requirements aren't always well-defined. As a member of the AFS product team, you will partner with your product colleagues as well as business teams to identify and prioritize customer outcomes. You will drive design excellence by unifying and improving design patterns, standards and methods while contributing to the adoption of enterprise design standards. You will be expected to be well versed in stakeholder relations and will lead and present in cross-org reviews, using your storytelling abilities to influence and keep the team focused. Your attention to detail at the pixel level will only be matched by your focus on making sure your designs are feasible and data driven.

This position is on-site and located at our office in Overland Park, KS.

Responsibilities:

• Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies
• Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems
• Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products
• Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and/or user research/testing
• Drive design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business outcomes
• Help craft and work writing corporate standards for process, execution, and deliverables

Requirements:

• 8+ years' of collective design experience (visual design, research, UX design, etc.)
• Have an available online portfolio
• Expert with design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience applying UX design processes
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
• Experience with UX research (competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, user testing)
• Experience delivering pixel perfect designs as specification to development

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree, with complementary training in UX and design specialties
