Delivery Coordinator

Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.

About the team

You will be a contributing member of the Kinaxis Professional Services organization, collaborating with team members to deliver committed customer projects using Kinaxis RapidResponse® software.

What you will do

• Modeling projected capacity requirements based on sales forecast, utilization history, etc.
• Coordinating project activities, ensuring delivery per statement of services.
• Communicating with customers regularly and documenting feedback.
• Assist with staffing of available resources to match projects demand with capacity.
• Supporting Kinaxis Delivery Managers with various activities (time and attendance, expenses, invoicing, resource scheduling, escalation resolution, etc.)
• Learning Professional Services operational practices.
• Other needed project related items.
• There may be opportunities available to travel.

Things you should have

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively with all levels.
• Interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to self-direct oneself, prioritize demands in a fast paced working environment.
• Passion for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Ability to problem solve, think critically and make sound judgement decisions.
• Pursuing education in Business/Finance/Supply Chain.
