Seeking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS!)
Hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST
Wages: Hourly $21.00 to $24.00
Six paid holidays
Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug background tests as allowed by state, federal, local ordinance, statutes and licensing/accreditation requirements.

Job Title: Specialty Pharmacy Dedicated Program Manager

General Functions
The Dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Program Manager provides services for an exclusive Pharmaceutical Manufacturer or Program. This individual serves as a point of contact for internal and external communication between the Company, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, and Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Partners connected with contracted services. This individual monitors all aspects of the program to ensure that contractual services and KPI’s are being met.

Direct Reports: None
Primary Responsibilities:
Dedicated to the assigned contract, product, and program only
Participates in the implementation of a new program or assists in training and implementation when modifications are made to the existing program
Acts as a liaison between Company, Pharma Manufacturer, and contracted Manufacturer partners (e.g., HUB, etc.) to ensure all contractual obligations are being met
Collaborates with internal Company departments, Sr. Director of Clinical Operations, Clinical Operations Specialist and assigned National Account Manager to ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner
Works with the Clinical Operations Team to oversee the contracted program services. Strong diagnostic capabilities; ability to work with internal pharmacy teams to identify key areas for opportunity and improvement, issue resolution, process validation and continued monitoring all aspects of internal processes
Participates in scheduled calls with the Manufacturer and/or HUB as required. Point of contact for case status updates. Triages identified issues or concerns to the appropriate internal team (i.e., prior authorizations, appeals, grant funding, clinical) for appropriate resolution and report results back to the Manufacturer and/or HUB
Participates with assigned National Account Manager, Clinical Operations Team, and Trade Relations in relevant Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as needed
Builds rapport with internal and external customers to promote the highest customer service and a positive image of the Company
Coordinates and leads meetings to review referral status, implementation, and workflow.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides case status and data updates and ad hoc reports to manufacturers and HUBs as requested
